Before purchasing any items from our store, we would ask you to please read fully our terms & conditions. By using the site, you agree to the terms & conditions, notices and guidelines contained in these terms & conditions and all modifications hereto.

Users of Our Site should occasionally check for any changes to these terms & conditions. Your continued use of Our Site following any changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.

The terms & conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes arising in connection with these terms & conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Whilst access to Our Site is permitted and encouraged on a temporary basis, we reserve the right to withdraw or vary the services we provide without notice. We will not be liable for any reason if Our Site is unavailable at any time or for any length of time. This may involve restricting access to some parts of Our Site to users.

The Services provided on Our Site include purchasing items from our online store. You must be over 18 to use these services and when contacting us for a quote or question you must be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission.

Orders direct from store 

Whilst we may on occasion offer “sales “or “vouchers” the Price displayed on our store is the price will not get into a bartering situation EVER! 

Any custom / bespoke designs / orders placed will require 60% payment upfront to cover costs incurred No designs / orders will be shipped until balance is paid and settled in full.

Whilst we may from time to time be asked to create / design something a time frame may be a factor and if required to be delivered to a tight deadline then a monetary value will be discussed before agreeing and moving forward.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Company, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, consultants, agents and all other individuals and organisations providing services on behalf of The Company from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs, including, but not limited to, legal fees arising from:

(a) your use of any part of Our Site, Site Material, products or related services or any information posted by you on Our Site; 

(b) your use of any Submitted Materials, products or services offered by third parties through Our Site, including, without limitation and damage to any software or hardware as a result of any viruses;

(c) your download and/or use of any of the software available for download through any part of Our Site; 

(d) the suspension or termination of your Membership as provided in this Agreement; or

(e) your alleged breach of this Agreement.
